BOSS Fitness: Aida’s Interview

Aida has been personal training for over eight years and has introduced BOSS fitness in year 2016.

Having many members join over a short period time, she realised moving to a bigger space would be more beneficial for herself and her team.

She has been continuing her business in a warehouse for nearly two years which is local to her community.

One of Aida’s biggest aims for her BOSS fitness journey was to have everyone feel part of the BOSS fitness family, for them to feel supported and understand that they are not alone. For this reason, BOSS fitness is known to be very community based and supported.

The Covid – 19 pandemic has hit as an unexpected crisis across the globe. It has affected many small business including the health and fitness industry. This crisis affected Aida emotionally as she felt she was losing her family and the much-needed support she was providing.

Aida knew that she had many people waiting for her support so she took a step brought out the best of isolation for everyone in her community.

Aida believes that her social media platform has grown much more during isolation by introducing Instagram live workouts twice a day throughout this time.

Taking in to consideration different availabilities, Aida covered an am and pm session and for this the community responded with positive feedback and appreciation.

Despite these unprecedented times, Aida discovered new and inviting business approaches which supports and involves the local and distant community.
